PSTL: What is “LOVE” ? | Part 1
PSTL. Project Share The Love. Yup. It sounds like just what it is. A project that a few of us got together and decided to do. Do what you say? Share the Love of cause! So a couple of weeks ago, on ANZ Day here in Melbourne, we decided we’ll give out FREE Chocolates up in front of the State Library.
The idea was to take to the streets the question, “What is LOVE?”
We made up these little colour papers,
With a little bit of detail about us, our TWITTER, our FACEBOOK, our BLOG, and our EMAIL.
Armed with a Sharpie each…
And some FREE! PERCUMA! 免费! Cadbury Chocolates…
We lined up, and got ourselves ready to give out FREE chocolates!
People just started writing down what love is to them personally at the back of the coloured paper with our sharpie…
The more we gave…
The more people started writing…
Some people were a little surprise at what we were doing. Some asked if there’s a problem with the chocolates. Some even looked at us as if we have a big master plot after they have taken our chocolate we would kidnap them or something…
We even had people coming up to interview us to see why are we doing what we were doing!
To be completely honest? We just LOVE people! We truly and simply just LOVE people and what to show the world today that there are still some people that are willing to give up their time and money just to put a smile on a strangers face. There are people that would do something special, not matter how big or small it might be, to see someone else’s day change by that simple tiny act.
And in return, we just want you to share with the rest of the world “What does LOVE mean to you?”
Some say…
Love is unconditional….
Some say Love is Just…
Some say Love is Passion…
Some say Love is life…
Some say Love is Happiness! (We agree!)
Love is warm and mushy…
Love is blind…
Some even think they are love…
But others might think thats overrated… (LOL)
Some would say Love is an illusion…
Others would say it’s magic…
Some say you might feel love in your stomach…
Others thing it’s about family, friends and FOOD! (Got to love the last one!)
Some even say it’s kittens and puppies!
I think LOVE is for SHARING!
I mean, seriously. Think about it. If we don’t share love, it doesn’t really mean anything does it? So we want you to know…
Yes YOU! You are LOVED! ;)
