Sometimes... A photo doesn't have to be perfect...
Sometimes, a photo doesn’t have to be perfect… it just needs to capture the emotions that was present. It doesn’t need any editing, it doesn’t need any compositions, it doesn’t need any fancy lightings or even any colour. It just needs raw emotions. True emotions. Emotions, period.
This series was taken at a close friend’s birthday surprise thingy last year. I’ve finally decided to show this to you guys… so enjoy!
I never really understand how one could spend time alone until I found photography and lived in Melbourne. There’s just so much one could do. A while ago I decided to go out for a walk around Melbourne on a Friday night.
You just don’t know what you’d find on a night like this, in a city like Melbourne. So check out how I view this city thru my lens…
Sitting here I’ve been wondering what I should write about, but to be completely honest… I really haven’t got much to say. Life has been going great and I couldn’t ask for more. Beside being so busy fitting in heaps of Portrait works and meeting clients for weddings that will only happen at the end of 2011, life has pretty much gotten the better of me until I opened up my iPhoto and saw photos from Jason & Jill again…
My feelings took me straight back to the actual day… the couple, the amazing couple, was so easy to work. They have this connection that you rarely see in a couple. But I suppose having travel the world together tends to get you closer than normal people huh?
awesome blog! <3
i quoted this "Photography isn't about finding the right photographer but about creating a right relationship between the subject and the photographer. It's not about how much you love or hate getting you photos taken but about how much we would LOVE to take your photo. " from you!! <3
My apologies for the lateness of this post. It’s been a long time due, but stuff has just gotten in the way recently. Travel plans going down the drain, stuff going missing, and not being able to walk, or getting sick the day after I got back. Well, you get the picture. It’s not good. I’ve been spending the pass few weeks since I’ve been back just trying to get everything in back in order. So anyways, this is Eugene & Xin Ping’s final post for their big day!
